Utility Solutions is an Applicant Design firm providing comprehensive professional services that specialize in planning, designing, and coordinating of your dry utilities (gas, electric, and communications). Our clients generally include builders, developers, and communications companies. Our professional team has extensive experience covering a wide range of utility projects in residential, commercial, retail, office and institutional environments.

Former PG&E employees, Gary Draghi and Judy Macaluso began Utility Solutions as a vehicle for uniting their experience and technical understanding in order to provide a service-oriented advocacy specializing in dry utility design and coordination. With almost a half-century of experience between them, their skills and experience will expedite projects to your advantage.

Utility Solutions will perform due diligence in the plan/design phase; submit the application to PG&E, the phone company and the cable company; manage the engineering process; coordinate the pre-construction meetings and provide full communication with utility companies during the process so that the client won’t have to. Utility Solutions will also keep you well informed as your project progresses.
